Everytime I go to Chapman Volkswagon, I am greeted in a friendly manner within seconds. They always give me an estimate of the time it will take them and ask if I have any other issues with my car. This time it took slightly longer than quoted, however, Justin kindly took the time to let me know it would only be a few more minutes. The car was waiting to be washed, so I gladly waited! This time I was just in for an oil change but was excited because I had received a 25$ gift card from Chapman for being a valued customer. These are things that keep me returning to Chapman. Another great experience :) More
I requested a change of Service Advisors for my recent visit since my last Advisor, Neil, was rude and gave me terrible service. Nick was perfect. I had a 9:00 appointment for an oil change on Thursday, July 2nd. When I got there, I met Neil right away and he was very nice. He took my car, and I waited in the waiting room. An hour and a half later, I was still waiting and getting anxious about why it was taking so long. Finally, at 10:45 I was told my car was ready, Neil shook my hand and I paid the cashier. So why did an oil change take an hour and 45 minutes? I didn't ask, because at that point I was very irritated and just needed to get home as quickly as possible. No one mentioned the reason for the long wait, nor did anyone apologized for the long wait. So I'm wondering, is this normal to have to wait almost 2 hours for an oil change that is scheduled in advance? Since no one mentioned anything about it to me, I am going to assume this is normal. Needless to say I will not be returning to Chapman VW because you wasted my time and didn't even acknowledge it. More
Everyone we've worked with at this dealership has been wonderful. They are always helpful and kind. As my car was being maintenanced this past week, Keith Gallaway, our service manager was professional wonderful. They are always helpful and kind. As my car was being maintenanced this past week, Keith Gallaway, our service manager was professional and courteous. He made sure I knew exactly what was being serviced and gave me updates while I was waiting. Their waiting room was also very clean and comfortable. I truly appreciate all of their hard work. More
The periodic coupons are the real reason I keep returning to Chapman VW for routine service. Even though Chapman is over 20 miles from my house, I feel the service discount makes it worth the trip. At a minimum, I would like to see a purified water dispenser and free WiFi in the lounge. Chapman VW has been servicing my vehicles for over 10 years. I have never, ever considered changing dealerships. I have always been treated well in sales and service. I had to wait quite a while for the first time at my last visit. Usually the estimated time for completion is more than adequate and my vehicle is ready well before then. This last time, I'm guessing due to reduced workforce and the economy. I waited an extra hour and one half. This is not typical and I hope will not continue. I felt bad that my customer service rep actually washed my car due to lack of staff and the extended wait. I would also like to mention that when I have picked up my car from service in the past. The radio was changed to another station, the air conditioning was left in the on position. My rear view mirror & seat positons were changed. It would be nice for the service guys to be a little more respectful. They only have the vehicle for a couple of hours and don't drive it but around back. Justin does a great job taking care of my needs. None of the above should refect on him. Thank you. More
