I brought my Tiguan into the dealership for warranty repair of a faulty gas gauge. Dustin provided exemplary service in explaining the difficulty of diagnosing the problem. Dustin again explained that the problem was unusual, and that Techline needed to the called for advice on how to complete the repair. Altough the repair took longer than expected, Dustin and the service staff made clear that they would keep at it until it was fixed. The gauge is working fine now, and I continue to recommend Chapman to fiends and family members interested in a VW. More

A friend and I went to Chapman VW and I was immediately greeted warmly and given the 5 star treatment...Frank Stevens was amazing and Adam West took me out for a test drive in a 6spd 2011 GTI that had just come off the truck. I was sold! The company I work for is ranked #1 is customer service in our industry and I take that very seriously everywhere I go- I have a heightened sensitivity to it and if the customer service is lacking, I politely leave. No need at this dealership- I was treated like I was the only customer in there and received the most gracious service from the time I walked in...I will be sending anyone looking for a car here and will be singing their accolades as long as I can.
