Our experience at Chapman VW has been wonderful from the moment we walked in. Dealership very clean, people very attentive, no pressure at all and great explanation of the contract. Our salesperson, Kelly Madden, was outstanding, very helpful, caring, attentive, knowledgeable. Very patient. We even took the car the following day and she gave. us a detailed explanation of everything the car and VW offered. Needless to say, we are very satisfied and will recommend Chapman VW to our friends and family. A++++++ More

The next day i went to the dealership and leased two Jetta SE's for my daughters, with the deal as promised and she did a great job of bringing it all together as well as putting on the new plates and even the HOA sticker on the new cars---- she and the dealership are upfront and what they represent in negotiation they honor--- More

Kelley is incredibly down-to-earth, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Even though we arrived after 7pm at the dealership and had pre-arranged some of the details, we did not expect to be able to leave that evening with the car. What a nice surprise for everybody to work together and ensure that we were able to leave with the car that evening even if quite late. Thanks again for everything, and she loves the car! More

Service Manager was indignant thru out our interaction. Also screwed up the oil change that left an oil puddle in our driveway and a frantic revisit. We’re going to use a different dealership for both our purchases and service and we live within a mile of their current location. Terrible service experience and it wasn’t the first with Chapman. Money wasn’t the issue, honesty was the issue. Their Service people have trouble making the connection with the customer and where their paycheck comes from. Got an email for a pending survey that never came, that’s what brought me to this site. People will forget what you said. People will forget what you did. But people will not forget how you made them feel. More

She was very straight forward and clear, asked me exactly what I wanted, listened to every detail, helped me find a car for a great price and not to mention throughout the whole behind the desk process she kept me updated and informed on what was going on and what to expect next! She told me the ins and outs of the car, being sure to hit on all of the Jetta's great features. She even knew that the Jetta is lined with African Bees Wax and furthermore explained how this helps make this car one of the safest on the road! With the help of her and her sales manager I walked away with something I am very proud of! P.s. you know how most buying car situations take all day, and you're sitting on the edge of your seat the whole time? Well at Chapman Volkswagen I was in and out very quick, which to me was a huge plus!! More

Nice folks, great buying experience. ..dealership needs better attention to details. I purchased a brand-new 2017 Jetta GLI and took delivery on a Friday. Since they didn't have the GLI w ..dealership needs better attention to details. I purchased a brand-new 2017 Jetta GLI and took delivery on a Friday. Since they didn't have the GLI white automatic I wanted, they got the vehicle from Camelback VW. I took the vehicle home and saw the car had 400+ miles on the odometer. I immediately called my salesman Josh, who then notified the Sales Manager Andy. Apparently no one at the dealership looked at the odometer when they took delivery of the vehicle. Andy called and after some discussions he said he'd have a replacement vehicle the next day (I had to take the car in before they could get another replacement from Camelback VW). Went in the next day, handed over the car and Andy provided me with a rental for a few hours while they secured a replacement. In about 3 hours they called and I headed to the dealership. I had to wait approximately 2 hours before my paperwork was redone (with new VIN#, etc) so I could be on my way. As I was leaving I noticed there was no owners manual so he retrieved one from another vehicle. On my way home I tried the Nav but saw a message stating the Nav SD card was missing. I asked for it to be mailed to my home but 3 days later I happened to be a few miles away from the dealership so stopped by and picked it up (also taken from another vehicle). The dealership could do well by making sure their new car prep (Service?) department reviews a checklist to make sure the vehicle and all inventory is in place when the keys are handed to the customer. Other than the 3 trips to the dealership I made, (45 minutes each way from my home to the dealership), Andy (Sales Manager) and Josh (Sales) were very easy and pleasant to work with. At no time did I feel pressurized into doing the deal. This was the fourth VW dealership I communicated with before purchasing my vehicle. After doing the deal, salesmen from the other dealerships continued to text me asking if they could earn my business. When I told them what my deal was, they all agreed it was an excellent deal. Sadly, none of them wanted to go the extra mile to earn my business like Andy and Josh. I went to Chapman and am happy for it. If it weren't for the missing items and the additional trips to the dealership, I would have given Chapman VW 5 stars. Once they move to their brand-new dealership it should improve the overall buying experience as well. More
Great Service! I called to schedule some routine maintenance and they got me on the schedule within 2 days. When I went there the service rep (whose name escapes m I called to schedule some routine maintenance and they got me on the schedule within 2 days. When I went there the service rep (whose name escapes me but it might have been Mike) was great. He answered my questions and got me out of there in one and a half hours. The waiting room was clean and had coffee and snacks ( My only complaint was that they had no decaf coffee.) The price was fair but they didn't give me the form for a rebate on the Castrol oil - they said the service department would mail it to me. (The last time they said that I never got the coupon!) If I don't get it this time I will write a really bad review. But for now they get 5 stars. More
