Our experience at Chapman VW has been wonderful from the moment we walked in. Dealership very clean, people very attentive, no pressure at all and great explanation of the contract. Our salesperson, Kelly Madden, was outstanding, very helpful, caring, attentive, knowledgeable. Very patient. We even took the car the following day and she gave. us a detailed explanation of everything the car and VW offered. Needless to say, we are very satisfied and will recommend Chapman VW to our friends and family. A++++++ More

I told her what I wanted and she conferred with her sales manager and within 15 minutes and a ret I cold called the dealership but had done research. The next day i went to the dealership and leased two Jetta SE's for my daughters, with the deal as promised and she did a great job of bringing it all together as well as putting on the new plates and even the HOA sticker on the new cars---- she and the dealership are upfront and what they represent in negotiation they honor--- More

Even though we arrived after 7pm at the dealership and had pre-arranged some of the details, we did not expect to be able to leave that evening with the car.
