2017 Volkswagen Beetle Ricardo Downie and the Finance Team were easy to work with. Friendly, genuine and knowledgeable After visiting another dealership where I walked away irritated and annoyed by the cheesy, high-pressure salesman, it was so refreshing to meet Kelley After visiting another dealership where I walked away irritated and annoyed by the cheesy, high-pressure salesman, it was so refreshing to meet Kelley and discuss my situation with her. She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to find answers to my questions and make the sales process as stress-free as possible. She didn't pressure me into staying to buy the car after the test drive and didn't badger me with phone calls while I took time to make my decision. Much of the paperwork was done over the phone and internet so my total time spent at the dealership was less than an hour. Easiest car buying experience I've ever had! More
