I decided to call Chapman VW where we purchased our car, and was treated professionally and had may car scheduled within a couple of days. They also only had my car for about 24 hours where the other dealer was a month out from scheduling and telling me they would need my car for a week. I will always make the 45 minute drive to Chapman VW for service and working with James. He took what could have been a bad brand recognition for VW and turned it around. The entire team at VW Chapman service treated their guests very well. Thank you James, for bringing back hope with VW and Services. More

At 1:00PM between 4pm and 5pm for my car to be done, no problem got a ride from VW home , messaged a eta at 4:41PM after a update and told all engine cooled off and wash should be done around 5:15-5:30PM , no problem, 5:30 PM rolls around no update message again at 5:39PM no answer. message again at 6:05 PM the service department just closed and still no answer. call the location and the service department is gone and they do not have my keys at the reception for pick up. They had to search around to find my car and paper work, luckily someone was there that could run my card so I could get my vehicle. When I asked about a ride over there since you were the ones who gave me a ride in the morning I was informed that they could not do it after 6PM, so I had to order my own ride over to the dealership. Not the best experience made for a very bad time worried if I would have transportation the rest of the evening. More

7 days ago after phone conversation with the Sales Manager about a trade in for a newer automobile, I received email, "I don’t think you would have to go into your pocket thousands at all. I know that you refinanced your current loan though and I do not have that information in my system. What is your current monthly payment?" I responded to his question, never a response. Today I called for service, received a quote from a lackey which was $200 over what was quoted by the more expensive VW dealer in N. Scottsdale, asked for Service Manager, she said he was busy, would call me within an hour. Never heard from him. I do not recommend you do business with these disingenuous, irresponsible, uncommunicative people. and this from an existing customer, not someone fishing for a deal. More
We had an amazingly seamless transaction with Lester and Bill. Such a marked contrast from my last car buying transaction!!
