I contacted Sal Abda via email/text and made an offer after a failed deal. Vehicle was just traded in and was in the reconditioning phase. No pictures were on the website yet so he sent some over. Reassured me that it was in great condition and accepted the offer. I was not able to come in person to see/drive and sign documents but he was very transparent and communication was great. Paperwork was sent overnight to be signed and returned to them. There were errors on all the paperwork but it was worked out. Had transportation company ready to pick up truck and Sal was on standby, but AAA Anytime's transport truck had "mechanical failures" and failed to pickup truck and communicate. Told Sal that I will be flying (Boston) in and driving the vehicle back myself. Again, great communication and helpful in the whole process. Picked me up at the airport, truck was detailed again upon my arrival. *Warning* MA is a tough state to deal with when purchasing vehicles out of state. Sal has been a great salesman and person, answered all questions timely and very helpful every step of the way considering this was a purchase made from across the country. More
