My customer service experience has been unprofessional from first contact (phone) with Susan. It became apparent from the start that her prioritization of the customer experience is based on which would result in the most likely of personal incentive (for her). As someone who has been in customer service over 25 years, this is not something I would expect from this kind of organization. The main reason I chose this company is because of positive customer experiences from friends and family members. I really didn't want to place this review based on one experience.. from one person, but I feel this is something that needed to be addressed. More
