I try to get the dealers out-the-door price before negotiating a purchase via email. Most refuse to give me this info without getting my phone number or asking me to come into the dealership. This was different. I dealt with Jagger Giguere and Michael Cialdella. Jagger gave me an itemized, OTD price without any pressure. There was a vigorous back and forth of emails regarding price and options, but both Jagger and Michael were cordial and professional in each exchange. They always got back to me the same business day. In the end, we worked out a deal that beat the “great price” quotes found on KBB and Edmunds. This was all done without a single call or need to step into the dealership. In fact, they offered to take care of the paperwork and bring the car to me. It was the easiest car buying experience of my life. More
Added Hyundai Extended Warranty without my consent and ??? I would not in anyway recommend this dealership . They added a extended warranty without consent as well as I advised my salesperson Rafael Felix and he agreed I traded in was a 2019 Hyundai Veloster with only little over 8,000 miles and I had this vehicle for nearly two years and I believed there was no benefit due to my driving habits and he agreed with me fully. I was there for two days and decided I wanted my trade back and I was advised that sure you can have it back but we will sue you for your down payment. I was shocked since I didn't give the down payment check as of yet although I did sign the contract, I explained to the salesmen I have a heart condition and I needed to leave do to my condition and I just wanted my trade in back which at that time that's when i was a approached by Mr. Kevin Naylor ( Fixed Operation Manager) which is the person that advised me I would be sued which didn't help my medical condition at the age of 70 years old. Also there was a cover that goes over the rear of Santa Fe that was under the rear storage compartment and upon arriving home I tried to install the cover which didn't fit.. So I returned To Chapman Hyundai on Bell Road reluctantly only to be to told by my salesmen that was for a 2018 not a 2019 Santa Fe. He offered me a smoking deal at 15% list price and I was advised the cost would be in excess off $400.00. I did purchase a cover that fits and looks like a OEM for under $160.00 . I have purchased four Hyundai"s as well as my fiance has purchased three and a used Toyota all from Larry Miller Hyundai which gave me excellent service from start to finish. Our previous purchase, experience, and follow up extended warranty and maintenance program with Jaime, was also an incentive to return to this dealership. We have always been treated very fairly. Just dropping by to view their products and leaving with a new vehicle says a lot for this organization. They more than went out of their way to provide the exact vehicle color my wife wanted, thanks. Oh, having visited other vehicle dealerships, there was definitely a different more positive, relaxed atmosphere with the salesman, finance folks, and service individual. More
