The time allotted was literally the time it took me to drive to Chapman. Tom was pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. He arranged for a shuttle which was very convenient for me. Upon repair the shuttle was arranged to pick me up. The work performed explanation was very detailed and left me very satisfied as to the accomplishment of the task. Worked hard to get on the road I had brought my car into the Quick Lane for the Works package a couple of weeks earlier and they found a leaking thermostat and replaced it with the I had brought my car into the Quick Lane for the Works package a couple of weeks earlier and they found a leaking thermostat and replaced it with the housing. They also mentioned my battery was looking low so I took it to the store I bought the battery and they confirmed the battery was low but they also told me my alternator was bad and we both noticed a coolant leak. Assuming it was the thermostat again I called the service department and talked to Matt and asked him to check it out and told him to also check the alternator. Matt had me bring in the car the next morning and I told him I needed it that night because I was leaving form Montana the next morning. Matt was able to have the coolant leak fixed (small hole in hose) and the alternator replaced in time for me to pick it up that evening. This enabled me to then get the battery replaced that night prior to my trip. Thanks Matt. Also I just saw on the bill that the Techs name was James Trieckel. Thanks James. More

When I mentioned I left this behind both Kaylee and the service manager simply said,”don’t worry about it. We will take your word and honor it.” I don’t care that I could drive 20 minutes less to a closer Ford dealership for service- Chapman will always have my business with customer service and trust like that.
