Great Service I went in on a Saturday to get my oil changed. Jeremy was very helpful. He told me how much it was going to cost and then told me they were busy and h I went in on a Saturday to get my oil changed. Jeremy was very helpful. He told me how much it was going to cost and then told me they were busy and had a two hour wait. He offered me a slot at 3 pm when they were going to be more open and I could wait less time. I took that option. The car was done in less than an hour and exactly the cost he quoted me (no high pressure upsells which happen at other dealers). I left and he called me to let me know I forgot my phone charger at the dealership. I ended up getting there right as they closed and he saw me pull up and went back in to get my charger so I would have it for the rest of the weekend. I am so impressed by this service, not only will I go back again, I will tell others to do the same. More

Treated Right Called Camelback Ford and asked for a quote for a trailer brake controller, they told me I had to bring my truck in for a quote. I waited and hour and five minutes for just a quote that ended up being $508.00, told them no way. Call Chapman Ford, spoke to Rosi who gave me an install cost then forwarded me to the parts dept. where I got a equipment cost and confirmed the part was in stock, made an appointment and had it installed the next day for $138.00 dollars cheaper than the chumps at Camelback Ford wanted.
