I took my Volvo for an Oil Change, lube and they said that they would check the brakes and top the fluids as part of the price. They did not have the filter in stock and my oil change took over 4 hours. that they would check the brakes and top the fluids as part of the price. I topped off the fluids this morning for my windshield and brakes. So I now wonder what else they didn't do? Would not go back. Quick lane is a quick wait! More

He lets me know what work is necessary when something is uncovered when working with my vehicle time and he has always been wonderful to work with. I had a few issues with it and they took care of th Dept were absolutley awesome. I had just purchased my car, used, with no warranty from Chapman. I had a few issues with it and they took care of them without charging me for either parts or labor. They were all professional and very good at what they did....I was impressed. Ben in the fast lane was very helpful, knowledgeable and made sure I knew what was happening with my car. He also made sure I was taken care of completely. The bad part of my experience is that I had to bring the vehicle in 3 times for them to finally diagnose what was wrong with my steering column shifter. The good is that I was not charged the first 2 times vehicle in 3 times for them to finally diagnose what was wrong with my steering column shifter. The good is that I was not charged the first 2 times for the diagnosis. The third time was the charm, the shifter was fixed in a timely manner and at a fair price. I will continue to take my vehicle there for service. More
Only complaint: My oil change and tire rotation took a bit longer than expected as I was the 1st appointment of the day and was waiting.
