So far - horrible service. Truck sent in for warranty work, truck is still in shop, picked up once and drove not less than a mile and gas spewing from engine with check engine light on (originally went i work, truck is still in shop, picked up once and drove not less than a mile and gas spewing from engine with check engine light on (originally went in for a "see owners manual wrench light: which the ford manual says is powertrain and electronic throttle body issue, then I'm told the next day its good to go, drive again not less than a mile and service engine light(original issue) comes on again. Now I'm being told that maybe changing out spark plugs will help, that was yesterday morning. I had to call Chapman back to get an update at 430pm to which I was told they are still swapping out plugs. I know changing spark plugs doesn't take 8hrs of labor. So here we are today, no call, no return call, still no word if work was done yesterday. I have the stolen vehicle tracker on my truck so I can see when it is started, stops, driven, how fast, etc... I just want my vehicle back and I know since its warranty work, there is no money to be made for the mechanics, so this is why I get xxxx service. Left a message for Ed (Srvc Mgr) today. Checked out my truck vehicle GPS data and nothing has been done so far., More

Took my vehicle in for an oil change, service and alignment on 12-1-20. I asked for the truck NOT to be washed and the truck was washed to their standards, not the standard I brought it in as. The alignment they did was worse than when I brought the truck to them, and this was supposedly after they test drove it. I was charged for an extra quart of oil I didn't need or use and they neglected to grease anything on the front end. They also returned the truck to me minus a radiator cap, and I only found that out when I went to the parts store to replace my air filter for 15 bucks, not their outrageous fee. I absolutely will never take anything to this place again, and as someone older who depends on dealerships to do the work I pay handsomely for, and to be honest and thorough in their workmanship I must say I am more than disappointed, I am thoroughly disgusted. More
I would like to give a big shout out to Rosi Williams in Service. I had my unit at another dealership with transmission issues where it sat for 8 days without anyone looking at it. I had a driver out of town and the additional downtime was a problem. I paid the additional cost to have it towed to Chapman Ford.. Rosi was my Service Advisor. She was a joy to work with on my repair. She got my truck in looked at and repaired in a matter of days. She was polite, professional and very easy to deal with. She kept me updated and made sure that everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. My truck was repaired and cleaned and looked like it was showroom ready when we picked it up. I cannot thank Rosi enough for her great work and care that she showed me as an out of town customer. Being a Fleet Manager, I have dealt with many Service Departments in my 20+ year career. I can easily say that this was the best service experience of all. Chapman Ford has a great, dedicated employee in Rosi. More
