Interaction with staff At first, I was not aware that appointments could be made. Nevertheless, I showed up a little after 7 a.m. on Saturday for The Works. I drive a 2005 Ford Escape w/21,000mi...so this is my baby. I have nothing but a superior opinion about the front desk staff. They were professional, yet very personable and polite. These representatives were Justin and Heidi. All in all, from the time I left my house to returning, it was less than 2 hours...that is only because I had to wait, without an appointment. Now I know for the next time to make an appointment. But I have no complaints and, since I was dreading the visit, I was very pleasantly surprised and pleased with the whole experience. I will be back! More

Surprisingly Fast I bought my 2014 Mustang new from Chapman at the old location and have been taking it there for service, oil changes etc. ever since. I was a little leary of the new location. Didn't know what to expect. Wanted to get the Mustang in this weekend and too late to make an appointment. I called first and "Joshua" I believe, said they were booked solid, but he'd try to work me in. I showed up mid morning as a walk in. I asked how long? I was prepared to wait an hour to get into the bays. Joshua said he'd have me OUT in about an hour fifteen and he did. How could I be happier? More

Repair was needed and so they had to order parts and now I have to go back again for installation. More
