Great service all the way around! I usually feel dealerships are in it to get more money from you. I have had several bad dealership experiences in the past. But not this time. My wife I usually feel dealerships are in it to get more money from you. I have had several bad dealership experiences in the past. But not this time. My wife and I met with Tom Goodfellow for service on our E350 Super duty Van. He was nice and honest. The service area was clean and efficient. Tom listened and was communicative throughout our service. The mechanic (Sorry don't have his name) was diligent in finding and correcting our alignment issue. In the end our Van drives better than it ever had and the price was actually less than what was quoted. They weren't out for my money but instead just to provide great mechanical service and customer service. These two gentleman have gained our business indefinitely due to this experience! Chapman Ford these guys are what ever dealership needs, Thanks! More
