Late yesterday afternoon, it was my pleasure and good luck to meet Service Advisor, Richard P... I had a rear inside sensor-controlled light that would not turn off. As a walk-in customer, Richard took the time to solve and fix my problem. The acid from an old battery had leaked and shorted the battery cable effecting the sensor... Problem solved! It is nice to see there are a few "old school" individuals, who will make time to attend to an immediate problem. A light that remains on all night would have most likely result in a dead battery! I want to thank Kyle Stringfellow for being a true professional. Recently, I had a horrible experience at Camelback Ford with a Service Rep who would not respond to my phone calls or emails for 6 da professional. Recently, I had a horrible experience at Camelback Ford with a Service Rep who would not respond to my phone calls or emails for 6 days after I had my vehicle towed there for service. I had to physically walk into the Camelback Service Center to get the Service Rep to respond to me. It took another week after that, to finally get the vehicle back. I took the vehicle to Kyle Stringfellow at Chapman Ford to complete the repairs. Kyle is very knowledgeable and responsive to questions and the repair timeline. I highly recommend Kyle Stringfellow for all your Ford service needs. I was also able to use the new SunBit financing option. It is a great feature to spread the cost of the repairs out over a period of time. More

Tim Beal is my new service advisor at Chapman Ford because my service advisor (also Chapman) retired. Tim is awesome! He makes sure everything is perfect with my Mustang. It needed some engine work, a because my service advisor (also Chapman) retired. Tim is awesome! He makes sure everything is perfect with my Mustang. It needed some engine work, and he stayed in touch with me and made sure all parts and equipment were new factory parts... nothing but the best! My Mustang has 80,000 miles, and it runs like a new car!! Tim is great, and all the employees at Chapman Ford are EXCELLENT! More
I recently acquired my second Ford C-Max Energi, although I had to drive it back from Florida. Everything was great except for one very odd electrical problem: Within about 30-40 seconds after locking the ca I had to drive it back from Florida. Everything was great except for one very odd electrical problem: Within about 30-40 seconds after locking the car, the alarm would go off. I then had to quickly hit the unlock button on the key fob, relock, and then it would be okay. I explained this bizarre oddity to Tim Beal, a Service Advisor at Chapman Ford. Not surprisingly, he had never heard of anything like that before. He was very patient and understanding, although he must have thought I was nuts because I couldn't recreate the issue until I drove the car off the lot... beyond strange! So, Tim said I would have to leave the car for a few days to see if someone, somehow, could diagnose the problem. Early the next morning I got a call from Tim saying the problem was resolved. He had researched a national database of odd electrical problems and heard back from a 'tech' somewhere in the U.S. that encountered the same problem and had the remedy. Tim had the car repaired and I picked it up later that day. Simply an outstanding performance! Thanks, Tim. More

Chapman service was exceptional! I have a new F-150 that I’ve completed all service at Chapman even though I bought it at a different dealer. What I appreciate is their clear communication and positive experience delivered when I arrive. In addition, if they make a mistake—-they fix it.
