I was referred to Chris by a coworker who had just bought a car with him. We could not locate the specific Wrangler I was looking for so I had to build and order my baby. This is where Chris shines as a salesmen. You may have thought that the "non-commission" salesmen was extinct, a thing of a by gone era , well you would be wrong. Chris works for you and with you to get the best possible product at the best price. The best part being, you know he is not trying to back door you and work up a deal that fills his own pockets with your hard earned money. Not to mention the fact that he is down to earth and an all around cool dude. I am thrilled with my new Wrangler and Chris helped restore my faith in salesmen. I would recommend Chris to my friends or anyone looking to have a great time buying a car. More

I wasn't in a rush to buy but Ken made the whole experience pain free with no pressure and , sure enough, I arrived at home with a jeep. Chapman was fair on the price of the vehicle and trade-in and Ken made the whole transaction run smoothly. He followed up after the sale on numerous occasions to ensure my satisfaction (never had that happen before). I would not hesitate to recommend Ken and this dealership to my friends and neighbors. Buying this Jeep was an easy experience. Through the few hours I was there to seal the deal, we were treated like royalty. Kenny Sheldon/ Chapman keeps in contact with me. One of the nicest surprises was getting a Thank You note, and follow up phones calls...AWESOME customer Service, and service with a smile. We actually went to the dealership a few times but Kenny Sheldon was the sales person who actually took the time to work with us and convince us to go with a Jeep. He followed up in a polite manner, listened to what we wanted, and worked to get us the deal , so now we are very happy to be driving a Jeep. We also had the nerve to expect 2 vehicles in its place for the same monthly payment. Well, Robert Nieves and the rest of the Chapman team made it happen for close enough that we took the deal! Did I mention that we walked in on a rainy Tuesday night, at 6:00pm and didn't drive off until 10:45pm. They were so gracious about getting stuck there after hours too. Bob Nieves greeted me on the lot, and after explaining to him what I was looking for, he sat down with me and ordered exactly the vehicle that I wanted.
