He and his partner, Derek, found what I was looking for so I decided to buy another one the same day. He came through again so we bought a 3rd..one for me, my wife, and our son. Yep, 3 cars on same day. These guys make it happen. If you go to Chapman, talk to these guys. I also want to thank the sales manager, Michael. All did great and made this family happy. Poor customer service I put $200 down to hold a car than decided not to purchase because of misleading advertisement n manipulation. Assured and grateful Recently I took our 2012 Explorer, which we bought in 2012 from Chapman, in to be serviced and some other problems taken care of. The Service Rep, Ro Recently I took our 2012 Explorer, which we bought in 2012 from Chapman, in to be serviced and some other problems taken care of. The Service Rep, Rosa Williams took care of me in a most professional and helpful way. Her personality is such that she alleviates any concerns about your car and works to make sure that the check ups and warranties are fulfilled and addressed where appropriate and she is careful to make sure you understand what service will cost and if there are any warranties!! The cost was a little high, but at 60,000 miles plus, you expect some additional costs. I have bought our last three cars at this site, one from Chapman and two from Five Star and I plan to keep buying there in the future...esp. if I can count on service Like I received.
