Great knowledgeable people I have owned around 30 cars in my lifetime. I have to admit that my experience with Chapman Ford rates at the top of the charts. They were respectful of my time and did not pressure me. They worked with me until I felt comfortable with the deal then made sure the whole experience was perfect by handing over an emaculate vehicle and continued by spending all the necessary time I needed to understand how to operate it. Parts replaces, not mechanics or service providers Had my 2012 Expedition in for a key issue, $690 later I have a new shifter. I asked for the parts to be saved and they were, however the service tech Had my 2012 Expedition in for a key issue, $690 later I have a new shifter. I asked for the parts to be saved and they were, however the service tech told me the gears were worn out. When I got the parts home discovered the park sensor which was held in by two plastic clips was knocked out of place. Snapped back in, and it is once agin very secure. Jim the service manager said replacing the part was the standard option. Gears out of place, ha, standard to replace all parts instead of diagnose and recommend options? Ha Very, very disappointed and will not go to Chapman again. I guess you have to pay for the new dealership location somehow....but not at my ex-expense any longer. More

A delightful change to many of our previous experiences with auto dealers. We were able to readily identify trucks that met our desires, compare their features, and agree on a very reasonable price, including the various options available on Black Friday and through Costco and USAA, without any pressure or difficulty. Even the (dreaded) finance meeting went smoothly with Lisa - again low pressure, without pushing a lot of expensive "dealer options". The entire team at Chapman impressed us. I have never felt comfortable recommending an auto dealer before, but I highly recommend Chapman Ford. More
Package of lies. I did my first car purchase here unfortunately. They are very deceiving. First the price advertised did not match because they add the "Chapman Package" to it. according to John Harris, the salesman, It includes window tints, paint and seat treatment and protection. When I said I did not need such things he said all that had already been done to the car so they would be loosing money if they did not up the price. I figured if it had already been done there is no way around it. When the car was given to me it was dirty, and with less than half of tank in it. There was a dirty napkin in the cupholder and drink stains on the seats. And to top it off there were absolutely no tints on the car and I'm highly doubtful the seats or paint were ever treated with any coat of anything or even touched. I did ask for an alignment of the car because it would swerve right while driving low speeds. John Harris commented that the car was designed that way to avoid accidents if one fell asleep at the wheel. I cannot believe to the extent this salesman will go to make believe everything is good with the car. Not even 20 minutes after taking possession of the car I communicated my frustrations to John and he said I could return the car at any time only to change his response a few minutes later saying I could not. The manager Juan Salazar promised to contact me to schedule an alignment and the completion of this "Chapman Package" and I have yet to hear from them. This has turned into a horrible and time consuming experience, that I do not wish for anyone to ever have to go through. More
