Left it there and took a Lyft elsewhere as service was going to take about an hour and a half and the dealer's shuttle would take about that long to be available. Received a call letting me know the car was ready, and that I could pick it up anytime before 7 pm. I got back around 5 pm after spending time doing what I wanted rather than hanging around dealership. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the service was. All in all a good experience. More

Rudy (Rodolfo) Mendoza Jesus Marquez was my sales guy and he was completely up-front and honest with no high pressure/smoke and mirrors sales tactics. Rudy (Rodolfo) Mendoza is the Internet Sales Director and my initial contact and he was completely open and honest with disclosing all options/rebates/incentives available to get the lowest out-the-door price possible. I'm very happy, I saved way more off MSRP than I would have in Tucson, plus they even took the initiative and got me an even lower interest rate (I had already secured a financing deal pending determination of the final amount to be financed) on the portion of the cost that I financed. Note that since it was in Scottsdale I had already been talking with them for some days prior to making the drive up, so everything was already laid out except the final paperwork and actually evaluating the trade in. Even though I was leery about driving up and seeing them face-to-face and getting the typical hidden costs or 'last minute changes' that increase the cost of the vehicle or the deal, the process was fairly seamless and very easy-going with everything working as we discussed. I'd like to note that Jesus is the best car salesperson I've ever worked with, and I've had my share since I'm over 60. He genuinely cares and goes the extra mile to help and make the deal work, without being the typical salesman using pushy and high-pressure sales techniques. Highly recommend checking them out if you are in the market for a Ford, but be sure to do the initial contact through Chapman Ford's website - talk to Rudy first and definitely ask for Jesus. More
