A New Used Car I was in the market for a new used compact SUV. On my first visit to Chapman, John Christofano accompanied me as I test-drove a Ford Escape. I mention I was in the market for a new used compact SUV. On my first visit to Chapman, John Christofano accompanied me as I test-drove a Ford Escape. I mentioned that my 2 leading choices were a Mazda CX-5 Touring or a Honda CR-V, John and Ben Schwarz looked for them for me, and at one point Ben called and told me about a Mazda CX-5 at a good price. John brought the car in from another lot and took care of me when I came in to test drive it on Saturday (4/28/'18) and as I then went through the process of buying it. There were some delays (some on my part), but overall my experience at Chapman Ford was very good. Ben and John were both friendly, and John in particular was open and did his absolute best for me. Wendy in financing was also very helpful and supportive. More
