Exceptional Customer Service Purchased F150 on Monday. Brought vehicle in next day for bedliner install on Tuesday. They said it was going to be an all day process because they h Purchased F150 on Monday. Brought vehicle in next day for bedliner install on Tuesday. They said it was going to be an all day process because they had to pick up bedliner and bring it to dealership then install. One of the sales managers had a young gentleman whose name was Matthew get us a loaner vehicle. We didn’t even ask for one but there it was. Matthew was great! He was respectful and had a sense of humor. When our truck was ready this young man took us back to customer service and got our truck for us where he turned the vehicle on so the vehicle would be comfortable when we got into it.
