had our truck in for the same problem three times. Each time they sold me parts that didn't fix the problem. A service manager called me back and said he would put the bearing in the correct wheel at no charge. The first service manager, Shawn, would not help me at all. approximately 6 weeks ago it was in for the same problem whit the wheel and a should when the truck started. After telling me they couldn't replicate the sound I offered to come in and show them. The advisor informed me that he would have the lead tech check it out. The advisor called me back to tell me it was the starter and they wanted to put a new starter in. After picking up the truck and driving it it was making the same exact sounds. This time I called the service manager, Shawn, who told me to bring it in. Once again I offered to drive the truck with the tech. They declined my offer. When the service advisor called and advised me that it needed a new bearing and a $6000 cam timing device, I found out that they had put the bearing in the wrong wheel and the new starter was obviously not the problem. I feel totally ripped off! I am going to pick up the truck and take it to a reputable service department for an independent evaluation of the service that was performed at Chapman Ford. When asked for a written estimate, it is not the $6000 that he quoted me, it is $7000! More

Bryan Milan at Chapman Ford is very douchey. He lied to me and pulled a “bait and switch” on me. He said they would order a Raptor R for me at MSRP, $117,000, if I came down and put down a non-r He lied to me and pulled a “bait and switch” on me. He said they would order a Raptor R for me at MSRP, $117,000, if I came down and put down a non-refundable deposit. I told them that I’d pay in full, cashiers check, if they could give me the truck at MSRP. They said they would. I got down there and they said MSRP was $157,000 because they added a dealer “addendum” or markup to the MSRP. Newsflash, MSRP is manufacturer’s suggested retail price and does not include dealer markups or addendums. So they also lied to me and treated me like I was a gullible idiot who is willing to throw away my money. Their sales motto is, “A fool and his money are soon departed.” They treated me like I was a complete financial idiot. Yes, I understand that the Raptor R is in very high demand and low production, and therefore it’s fetching a premium price. And I understand that financially illiterate morons will pay that price. They certainly treated me like a financially, illiterate moron! They thought they could take my money. I walked away. And they don’t give a xxxx about disabled veterans. Don’t go to Chapman. More
