I live in Las Vegas Nevada. I purchase 2021 Ford F250 4x4 XLT. At First the sales Person was great. Sent picture I ask for. Answered all my question. Put money down to hold. Yes I signed used care agreement ( bought as is.) They Check all the box like we did a walk around with that paper. We did not. My Suggestion to You. Do One. The next day drivers side back bumper area had a dent. Between Bumper and truck. They said they did not know about it. I look at picture they sent Dec 3 2024 and focased on that side of the turck it was there. Emailed them of the issue. They said your ( bought as is. ) Dec 7 2024. Windshield jet don't spray. I Diagnose. Needs two Jet spray nozzles and ask if they would send to me. I thought they would. Rejected. Left message for used car manager. No Replay. I guess what Iam trying to say. Test everything. Double check. Take the ( Buy as is sheet ) and walk the vhicle twice with your wife are a friend. They are only your friend until you sign and gone. Oh Yeah. They did say welcome to the Chapman Ford Family. Hummm. I rated my sales person on Honesty. When the truck had a 128 inspection I believe???? Someone New?? More

Late yesterday afternoon, it was my pleasure and good luck to meet Service Advisor, Richard P... I had a rear inside sensor-controlled light that would not turn off. As a walk-in customer, Richard took luck to meet Service Advisor, Richard P... I had a rear inside sensor-controlled light that would not turn off. As a walk-in customer, Richard took the time to solve and fix my problem. The acid from an old battery had leaked and shorted the battery cable effecting the sensor... Problem solved! It is nice to see there are a few "old school" individuals, who will make time to attend to an immediate problem. A light that remains on all night would have most likely result in a dead battery!
