PROBLEM NOT SOLVED My issue is not resolved regarding the exterior & interior lights flickering, as well as, my car making 3 beeps while the ABS light flashes in my dash My issue is not resolved regarding the exterior & interior lights flickering, as well as, my car making 3 beeps while the ABS light flashes in my dash. I have had this car for almost a year and neither one of these were an issue for me up until the beginning g of September. Reps at this dealership said I will experience some type of lights flickering, especially while air is running. They ran a diagnostic and couldn't find what was causing the beeping I hear whole driving. All the test showed was timing codes. Put new oil in the car thinking it would help with whatever is going on and it didn't. Put of 300 and some change to have the main issue still occurring. So much for talking to to a authorized VW dealership, they didn't help me anymore than PepBoys did & I spent way more money never again. More

Customer Service Had to make a appointment TWO weeks in advance for 8am. Just to have it there till 2pm and no work was done. Not the best. I believe that this is my third visit to your service dept. with one of my fleet trucks. It seems that every time I have to come in, I can depend on drama. The 1st time the inspection machine did not work and no one knew it, I lost three days of rentals. The 2nd time was not that bad, we dropped one truck off for service, and had to pick-up the other. When I was leaving, there was a customer very upset that her car was not done after 3 days too change a head light, this seems to be a communication issue. That seems to be a problem with the service dept. Today will be my 3rd visit to pick-up my box truck, so far I have been put on hold 2 times, and it's only 9:58 am. Just got Rob's voicemail @10:02 am, left my cell#. Just got my call back @ 10:10 am. Going to pick-up my truck. It's 11:30 am, We have our truck back, besides the 15 min. too bring my truck to the front, all went well, Thanks. More

If it wasn't for the wheel falling off twice in two years as a result of careless work, I might have allowed work on the items listed in the vehilcle inspection to be completed at Chapman. I cannot feel comfortable having my vehicle serviced at Chapman, since they failed to make good on over $800, worth of hub replacement. More
ZERO Communication I took my car in at 7:30 this morning, I had an appointment, to have a recall issue fixed. I pull into the bay and no one is there. I wait about 10 mi I took my car in at 7:30 this morning, I had an appointment, to have a recall issue fixed. I pull into the bay and no one is there. I wait about 10 minutes or so and someone finally comes out. The recall notice itself said the work should take half a day. When I dropped off my car I was told it would be done today and should be done by lunch and that they would call me. I call at 3pm and my representative (Tom) wasn't available but I was advised my car was being worked on. I call back at 3:30 and get transferred 3xs, once to the location in Egg Harbor NJ before being sent to a full voicemail. I hang up and call back and it continues to ring. I hang up, waiting about 10mins and call back. After a long wait someone finally answers, they say oh "Tom never got back to you" I say no. They put me on hold and then come back and say my car is done. More
