It took 3 visits and the wheels still did not get rotated. Customer service is horrible and no attention to details by the service staff at all. Terrible! Worst service ever I went because my check engine light was on. I got my car scanned at auto zone so I had the codes. They had my car for a week and the next day I got i I went because my check engine light was on. I got my car scanned at auto zone so I had the codes. AWFUL This was the worst experience ever! They had my car for almost a month and a half and it was like pulling teeth getting any answers of what was going This was the worst experience ever! It went from we can’t find anything to needing parts for a transmission to my transmission needing to be rebuilt and no one could figure out what was going on. I tried calling the service manager and general manager multiple times and of course no one returned my phone calls back. I would never ever go back to Chapman EVER again! More
