My two month old issue is still not resolved I keep getting the same dtc codes that points to the original problem (bad control throttle), I keep getting suggestions, that keep costing me additio I keep getting the same dtc codes that points to the original problem (bad control throttle), I keep getting suggestions, that keep costing me additional money. After it was suggested removing my after market audio sysem would resolve the issue. I still have the issue, even after removing the after market audio from the cars electrical system. My after market audio system is over five years old. If the issue can;t be resolved, please refund my payment, so I can go somewhere else. The support I am getting is totally unexceptable, Nobody has suggested replaceing the control throttle. At this point, the only thing that would make me happy, is to refund my payment, so I can take my business somewhere else. I am VERY UN-HAPPY with Chapman Ford service department. More

third time gets it right this was the third visit in approximately three weeks for my car. the first 2 visits were for inspection (they missed that the first visit so we came this was the third visit in approximately three weeks for my car. the first 2 visits were for inspection (they missed that the first visit so we came back the next day and waited almost two hours for "the sticker to be placed on the car" and to provide the paperwork on the inspection....we also requested a new passenger headlamp as ours was dead. went back this monday to have this headlamp replaced as it was dead or the connection wasn't good or something. they were quick and handled the problem nicely. thank you! Had been coming to the dealership since 2018 when I purchased my vehicle paying hundreds of dollars at a time for maintenance and service only to find out this week that the gentleman who was the representative completely missed and dropped the ball by overcharging me for over a year. Now I’m waiting for someone to return my call so let me know when I’m getting my money back for all the services that I paid out-of-pocket for that were kids that were covered under my warranty. Also found out the gentleman that did service me for the past year has been terminated… But how does that help me at this point. The new female tech and her associates found the arrow and I appreciate them for that but it should’ve never happened in the first place. Again still waiting for some kind of communication back they were supposed to be calling me back today we will see what happens. More

Finally after escalating the issue to the General Manager and Volkswagen Customer Service and several time we were told the repair was complete it was finally completed.
