I bought a new VW GTI on the Internet working with Paula Carlin who was extremely helpful. I was looking for a fair price and I needed to have a car by a particular date. Chapman had only recently received the VW franchise but this was a very good experience so if my purchase is any kind of guide this dealership should do very well. I had contacted several other dealerships on the web but Paula at Chapman was one of the only people who listened carefully to what I wanted instead of giving me the runaround and the usual sales lines. The transaction was very professionally handled and the price was a good one. The combination of the good price and the attentive and efficient service was what made me decide on Chapman. Other dealerships offered a good price and several sales people were pleasant and efficient they wouldn't guarantee that a car would be ready when I needed it. Others offered a *best deal* thousands of dollars more than Chapman's quote. Some were rude and/or thought I was stupid and/or an easy mark. Paula, on the other hand, gave me a good price at the beginning, was straightforward about the transaction and kept me well informed as the car made its way from the factory in Germany to the dealership. Mike O'Brien handled the delivery of the car on the day I picked up the vehicle and was helpful in going over the car's features. I'd try Chapman again if I were buying another car. More

The sales professionals were upfront and honest about their level of knowledge regarding the brand and the specifics behind certain models. However, they showed a genuine interest and investment in gaining my trust, and learning more about the cars. I was happy to share my genuine love for the VW brand, and hope that the sales team has learned a few tips they can use moving forward in selling the VW models. The sales, finance and managment teams were all top-notch professionals, and I was treated with the utmost respect, courtesy and service level. I look forward to visiting the dealer again for my first service, and to do business with them again when my new lease terms in 3yrs. Thanks Chapman!!! More
my father has money to burn but he used to have a lot more than he does now. he bought '00, '01, '03, '07, year models of the mustang gt convertibles. he also bought an '03 super crew f-150. all from thi more than he does now. he bought '00, '01, '03, '07, year models of the mustang gt convertibles. he also bought an '03 super crew f-150. all from this dealer because it was close. i bought the '01 mustang off of him. my older brother bought the '00 mustang off of him. now my brother and i returned home from iraq after serving in the army. the two of us decided together as we usually do to buy used 2010 pickups in december of 2010 both for work and to gain credit by making payments with our father cosigning. knowing my father bought 5 vehicles from them in the past we went straight to them. I am more like my father and bought a black f-150 supercab for 5-7 thousand dollars more than my brother with a 1.5% higher interest rate than my brother. he went to john kennedy ford just a few miles away and got a white one with all the same options. you think that since my father has been such a loyal customer they would help him out a little more than my brother being a first timer at john kennedy. my father has a VERY high credit score and cosigned with both of us with very similar scores. next i was driving my little brother home during a snow storm as a favor for my father and got into a minor accident. he was nice enough to pay for it getting fixed at mustang stables in bristol. i drove he pickup until it mine was repaired. to be nice i checked and topped off all fluids and then personally changed the brake pads. this whole time a tie rod was broken but we needed the truck so we held off and drove slow and easy. chapman wanted 3,500+ to replace the BRAKE PADS rotars (that i just checked) and rod. when i heard of this i took the truck straight to our repair shop and as i expected we just needed the rod replaced for 700. we will never go back to chapman again More
