My wife and I arrived at Chapman Northeast after visiting four other dealerships. To be fair, we were not in the best of moods. We had a full day of talking to seemingly shady people with unrealistic ideas four other dealerships. To be fair, we were not in the best of moods. We had a full day of talking to seemingly shady people with unrealistic ideas on a fair price of a vehicle. The moment we walked into Chapman Northeast and sat down and began talking to Robert Masusock the weight of our bad moods were lifted. Robert was/is very energetic, a very hard worker, and puts major emphasis on customer comfort and satifaction. I don't consider my wife and I easy people to satisfy. Our situation was not a desirable one. We had high expectations with a limited cash supply. Robert took the situation to task and owned it. He not only got my wife and I a superb vehicle for the money. He renewed my hope that honest salesmen actually still exist. In my opinion, Robert Masusock is a model of what all salesman should strive to become. I will recommend all my family and friends to Chapman Northeast Autogroup. More
this is our third experience with chapman ford, and our second time with brian brooks, to start our credit the first time around was not good, but chapman gave us a chance, and in return we were never late second time with brian brooks, to start our credit the first time around was not good, but chapman gave us a chance, and in return we were never late to show that the credit problems we had were out of our control, the second time we did it all on our own, with yhe help of brian brooks,the sale went as smooth and fast as anyone could ask,the third was one of the happiest days in my life,other than my children being born and my husband and father of all my children,with it being only 4 months since the second sale,i called brian on a monday,told him what i wanted to do on wednesday,two days later, as a surprise for my son who was turning 18 on that wednesday, and once again brian brooks made it happen,we left the lot wednesday evening with a 2012 ford focus,and drove it straight to my sons school where i pick him up from wrestling, in his new car,2 weeks later my son is still in shock,when brian called me at noon that day, and said ok,come pick out a car,i was in shock too,i know it is partly our doing because we have been working hard to restore our credit,but i also know it was possible because of brian brooks,i said to him are you our gaurdian angel or is our credit getting better? he replied alittle of both!!!! thank you brian for being a part of one of the happiest days in all our lives. kathleen More
The salesman was a very nice person. In speaking with with him, we found out he was only in his second month of sales. He was "raw" but he was very excited to be selling vehicles. I bought a 1995 Ford Mustang from Chapman in 1996, the Mustang was a '95 left over, it took the better part of the day to complete the deal! I credit the quick response and and prfessional service to Paula in the Internet Dept. and Hank Becker in sales. I made my quote request and credit app. on the internet made a appointment next day at 9am the next day, when I got there everything was approved and Paula turned me over to Hank Becker in sales and I was driving my Focus down Roosevelt Blvd before noon. It was the greatest experience I've ever had buying a new car! My thanks goes out to Paula and Hank and Chapman for hiring such professinal people! More
My husband and I went to Chapman Ford just to look around and get some prices to see what we could afford. We were greeted by Robert Masusock "Bobby Sock" who made us feel right at home, he was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with our search. When we found the SUV we liked, Bobby and the team at Chapman Ford made it possible for us, which seemed impossible, to go home with our 2009 Ford Edge at a great price. We would highly recommend our outstanding all around service that we received to anyone. We would like to thank Bobby and the team for everything they did and we LOVE our 2009 Ford Edge! More

I was recommended Chapman by a relative of mine and I was easily impressed. I was introduced to Mike Foster right away, and he took me to the lot and showed me exactly what I wanted/needed.
