I had been to a few other dealerships and was beginning to get discouraged. I knew what I was looking for but was having no luck with the salespeople I met. I told him what type of vehicle I was looking for, what I needed it for and what I was willing to spend. In a previous life he must have worked at e-harmony because like a matchmaker Jordan found me the perfect car. He did so with a friendly and pleasant manner; no hard sell or intimidating tactics. It was so nice to do business with someone who listens to what you're saying and then does his best to fulfill your wishes. Jordan made me and my family feel comfortable and at ease and the whole buying experience was handled in a calm and professional manner. It also helps that he has such a warm, wonderful sense of humor! I am now the very happy owner of a 2008 ESCAPE and I absolutely love this vehicle! It's the ideal match for me. It's a delight to drive - I even love going to work because it is such fun to work out of the ESCAPE. From the start Jordan Grancell was attuned to the type of vehicle that was of interest to me from my internet shopping. Jordan readily showed me vehicles that aligned with my preferences. With the overwhelming numbers of option per car, compounded with the number of vehicles on the lot and within their company, Jordan's knowledge of Chapman's vehicles, service and their inventory changed my Saturday afternoon shopping event to a purchasing event. My decision to buy felt right: I love the car and the price tag! As I moved through the purchasing process Mr. Cifaldi and Mr. Biaesch were also very helpful. Michael O'Brien was very honest from start to finish. He made the process as quick and easy as possible, where as other dealerships dragged out the buying process. We had worked with this Sales Rep (Brian Ferrarro) for a number of years at C&C Ford in Horsham, PA. When we decided to get a new vehicle, we heard he was now working at the nearby Chapman (another reason number of years at C&C Ford in Horsham, PA. Upon our visit, Brian was once again happy to guide us thru process, inquiring our car interests, and advising us on what was available including color and special features. Once the purchase process started, he once again was there to answer all of our questions. He makes you feel very comfortable and dealing with a "friend" instead of a car salesman. We took a test ride and loved the vehicle. Upon delivery, Brian went over the features and components to get us to a comfortable level before driving off. He encouraged questions, and went thru components from front to back including seat adjustments which always drive me crazy. He also advised us that our first oil change would be free, who our service team and consultant was and told us when we got chance to take a look at the CD provided which went over details about the vehicle itself. In addition, he has followed up with us to see how we are enjoying our vehicle (Ford Edge) which we very much are. I was also impressed that Chapman's Manager,John Cifaldi, came out before we left and gave us his card and advised if we had any issues/questions, to please call him. Everyone we met (Financial person) as well as Brian and John were very friendly and hospitable towards us. They tried to complete the process in minimal amount of time as possible. The showroom is immaculately clean including the restroom facilities which I mentioned to Brian while we were there. They also had coffee, donuts, etc. for folks waiting for service vehicles (very nice touch) as well us folks purchasing. More

This was my first vehicle-buying experience with Chapman, although I have used their service department for over 15 years. I was very satisfied with the experience. Anthony was very friendly, knowledgable and professional. It was a very low key approach which I really appreciated-no pressure, no hard sell. I got a fair price on my vehicle-a little bit less than I was quoted at another dealership. My 2012 Ford Escape was delivered in beautiful condition. Anthony took the time to explain all of the features, and took extra time to teach me how to use the Sync feature. Additionally, he took care of calling my insurance company directly when I was unable to get my agent on the phone. Overall, dealing with Chapman and Anthony was a great experience, and I will definitely recommend them! More
