Alex we appreciate your feedback and we completely understand your concerns. We do not typically sell As-Is vehicles as we are primarily a New and Certified pre-owned dealer. However when we do sell a vehicle as-is we make sure to provide a complete CarFax and Repair Order to fully disclose any and all issues prior to purchase. Having stating all of that you purchased a As-Is vehicle. You came to us with a concern and as any reputable business would do we refunded your money. We do sell as-is vehicles on occasion but again as part of our policy we do fully disclose CarFax and repair orders. You as an unsatisfied customer we fully refunded your money. We use every opportunity as a learning tool to better serve of our customers. The road to success is always under construction. Our main goal is customer satisfaction. In this instance you were unsatisfied and we did refund you in full.
