GREAT! Jim helped me out better than I could have expected. I arrived for a standard inspection. Everything went great I got a special deal for a promotion they were running, and even an oil change for my first I arrived for a standard inspection. Everything went great I got a special deal for a promotion they were running, and even an oil change for my first time being there. Then I got a call. My car was expected to fail because of wipers. Only two years into the whole having a car thing so I wasn't aware my wipers were important in the process. More money was not on the books or in my pocket I was almost distraught. I got back and spoke with Jim. I don't know how it did it but he helped me out better than I could have imagined. I will forever be grateful and will also remember to have new wipers on prior to an inspection next time. Thank you again Jim! Also, they follow up to make sure your car and experience were great.
