First of all, you will not find a more honest salesman then Ed and his team at Chapman. They aren't pushy and don't play any games. Very thankful for the vehicle we got eventually. It was a swift & professional one; from spotting it on Car Gurus to closing out the deal took less than 48 hours. One challenge if not strange snag though was that the price we were given was over $1,000 higher than what Car Gurus displayed. You don't expect to be ambushed by such hidden charges. Do you? Nevertheless, the attitude of the staff made everything else worth the trouble. More
