During our conversation, Johnel turned it personal and said, "I have something for you, let me show you." He found me a car that exceeded my expectations and budget, yet he managed to make it happen. Then came the challenging part. My driver's license had expired, and I only had a passport while my ID permit was under renewal, which could take 15 to 45 days. Johnel insisted, "Go and get your ID." Despite the attorney advising me to wait 15 days, Johnel kept pushing, believing I could get my ID sooner. Every time we spoke, he would ask, "Do you have your state ID?" Seven days into the 15-day wait, he texted again, "Did you get your ID?" His persistence paid off. I received a letter from the PENDOT Director stating my ID was authorized ahead of schedule. I got my ID on Saturday and now have my ride. Thank you, Johnel, for being persistent and pushy. You made this sale memorable.
