Ever since I purchased my Explorer 5yrs. ago,my experience with Chapman Ford has always been a positive one. Love the Shuttle Service when I needed it more than a few times in the past. Never had a negative problem with anyone. Last time I had my Explorer in for service, I had a positive experience with a service advisor named Loretta Antorino who went above & beyond for me! More
