We absolutely recommend NICK MIDDLETON at this dealership. Although everybody there was curteous, he was the sales representative who was there from the start of the process until the end. He was so nice that he even set my bluetooth connection between my new car and my cell phone! And in case you missed it, that was AFTER the sale! Also, we bought a Toyota which is not a make they are specialized in. However, Nick really took the time to give us as much information as possible to help us make an informed decision. Furthermore, the no nonsense, no pressure approach was really refreshing. Other car dealerships should take notes - make the price clear, treat your customers with respect and have knowledgeable sales reps. More

As a first-time car buyer, I wanted to be put at ease and walked through the steps of the process of buying a vehicle before actually going through the process, and my sales consultant, Ralph, met both of these requirements and more. From a friendly, thoroughly knowledgeable demeanor, to going through the high points (while also acknowledging the low points) in the vehicles he showed me, to frank discussion, I felt as if I was making the right decision in the vehicle I purchased, at the right price (because, if there's one thing you don't want to feel when making a major purchase, it's that you made the wrong decision). I had an excellent experience and will certainly go back to Chapman in the future. More

From the minute we walked in, to the end, it was very nice. Henry came up and asked if we needed assistance. We said yes so he helped us. He is very nice man. He answered all our questions. Henry showed me how to operate everything. He hooked up my bluetooth. Then we were reeted greeted by Bill Kassner. He explained the importance of an oil change and so forth. My ex husband I have been buying vehicles from Chapman Ford for years. I always recommend Fords and Chapman. More

Ever since I purchased my Explorer 5yrs. ago,my experience with Chapman Ford has always been a positive one. Love the Shuttle Service when I needed it more than a few times in the past. I just completed the purchase of a new Ford F-150 at Chapman Ford tonight and on the way home I think I fell in love again. I was a GM guy but not anymore - goodbye GMC, hello Ford F-150. Lastly, I would like to say that it not every day that the owner of a company takes the time to go over everything with you in a warm, enclosed facility with your fully-detailed, gassed-up new vehicle.
