Dissapointing Well we drove an hour and a half to this dealership for a specific truck... Very nice clean truck besides the tailgate bubbling along the entire thing Well we drove an hour and a half to this dealership for a specific truck... Very nice clean truck besides the tailgate bubbling along the entire thing, no big deal we were going to fix... So it was Memorial Day so banks were closed okay no big deal. We were told oh no problem no problem we can work with you to get you where you want we have 15 different banks we use no problem. Great we felt awesome at that point so we were asked to wait until the next day so they could specifically talk to the banks over the phone for us. Well after we called them twice the next day at 5 pm oh sorry we can't do anything for you . We were totally caught off guard with at response after they pretty much convinced us the day before we would be going to pick the truck up the next day. We pretty much felt like we were built up for disappointment... We know we weren't perfect but they told us that didn't matter. Over all the dealership was very nice and they were helpful, the told us they were " working hard for us" haha. But our sales rep Michael Murray was absolutely the best car salesman we have ever worked with in our lives! If you go ask for Michael Murray. More

We wanted to test drive a Lincoln and see if we could lease one within our budget. Our sales associate was Dina Carlino. She was the BEST! We told her what our budget was and that we could not exceed it. She was very upfront with us and did not waste our time if it could not be done. We appreciated that so much! Dina was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We ended up signing a lease that night. Even as the dealership was closing, Dina still took the time to show us every feature in the car- we never felt rushed. Thank you Chapman Ford Lincoln for an excellent experience! More

Ford Trade - Mani is the best! First I would like to say that Mani Khan is an extremely kind and helpful sales associate. He found us a great deal on a vehicle from another locatio First I would like to say that Mani Khan is an extremely kind and helpful sales associate. He found us a great deal on a vehicle from another location to best fit our needs. I loved that he kept in constant contact to update any information and ensure satisfaction. He did everything he could to try and get us a pleasant experience. We were happy to deal with Mani and he was very open and honest about everything that was transpiring. I also had stellar service in the service department where Mani had set me up an appointment to program a new key and reset the lock code on the vehicle I had just purchased. Even when we hit bumps in dealing with the manager, Mani smoothed everything over and got it taken care of in a prompt and professional manner. Unfortunately I would remiss to not mention that the used sales manager was extremely condescending. My first impression was being sat down and told that my trade was not worth anywhere near what I thought it was - although this is exactly what I was given on trade and had already been given similar quotes by several other dealers. We simply wanted to know from the beginning if we could make the deal we wanted - which ultimately was done after much unnecessary back and forth. This patronizing attitude of treating us like inexperienced customers continued throughout the drawn out multiple hour buying process and resulting in an argument about paperwork the finance manager had us sign. Ultimately I have to say that I am very pleased with the deal I got financially and the experience with Mani. I would have probably had happily paid more if I didn't feel the manager was giving us all the typical car buying negotiation drama from the initial meeting. I certainly have learned a new lesson - if you expect a pre-owed vehicle to come with a key or floor-mats, make sure you ask up front!! Thanks Mani for taking such good care of us and making sure everything ultimately worked out! More
