I went to Fisher Dodge with the intent of test driving a new 2013 Ram and purchasing one if the numbers. I was looking for a regular cab 4x4 (if you live in Yuma, AZ you may know how hard it is to find a r new 2013 Ram and purchasing one if the numbers. I aksed for JUAN VILLEGAS, as I have purchased two vehicles from him before and was very satisfied both times, but he had been moved to the Chevy dealer. Another salesman contated him to let him know I was asking for him and five minutes later he was there on the lot ready to take care of me. The deal went well, I did not have to play a bunch of games to get the numbers where I wanted; I was up front with them and in return they were up front with me. Unlike another dealer in Yuma, there was no attempt to keep my wife and I trapped in some corner office, or hiding of the keys to my trade to strong arm me into buying at the price they wanted. When it came to financing, I told the individual in the finance department what banks I preferred to bank with and he pushed to have my vehicle financed with the bank I preferred the most. The truck was then cleaned up and delivered to me in a timely manner. Juan noticed that the front plate was not on and remembered from my past purchases that it is important to me and immediately had the truck taken to the service department so that it could be installed. During the process of looking and purchasing a car I was extremely particular in what I wanted from the color, features, model, year, and the list goes on. David Francis was very patient and helpful. He went the extra mile to get me the car with everything I wanted, he even had it picked up from another dealer so that I would not have to "settle" for any other car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know that is looking to purchase a car. You will get friendly service, will not be rushed or pressured to purchase a car, and the prices are definitely reasonable above other dealerships I have been to. My first experience with Fisher Dodge was 5 years ago when I went shopping for a bigger vehicle. I didn't have perfect credit and after many test drives and salesman and getting no where, I was getting when I went shopping for a bigger vehicle. David Francis greeted my husband and I on the lot but did not crowd us nor did he pressure us to by a car. He was there when we needed him or had any questions and ultimately sold us a 2007 Dodge Durango. Over the past five years my husband and I have been through and overcome many things including job loss, back surgery, and a disability which had a dramatic affect on our finances. Two of our daughters have grown and left home and we had no need for a huge vehicle with bad gas mileage. Unfortunately we were upside down in the Durango and unable to get another vehicle because of it. Enter David Francis again. We walked onto the lot Saturday morning and hunted him down. Knowing we were upside down in our Durango, David worked throughout the day on Saturday and kept us in the know about what was going on. He called me today (Monday) and said to come in after work, that he was able to get me approved even being $3500 upside down in my previous vehicle. Tonight, I am enjoying my new 2012 Dodge Avenger and couldn't be happier.
