NON PROFESSIONAL Leased 2 cars from here in March, told the salesman Darius that the edge lease was over but the fiesta had 2 months LEFT ON IT!!!! He said that he Leased 2 cars from here in March, told the salesman Darius that the edge lease was over but the fiesta had 2 months LEFT ON IT!!!! He said that he would take care of everything, well take the cars home, low and behold Ford sends me a letter that I owe 2 months lease on the car seems , called Darius he told me the sales manger would call me back, didn't say what YEAR that would be LISTEN TO WHAT I AM TELLING YOU, DO NOT GO HERE IN FACT DON'T EVEN DRIVE BY, YOU ALWAYS HEAR THAT CAR SALESMEN ARE xxxx BAGS, AND THIEVES ..THESE GUYS ARE TOPS!!!!! More

5 stars!!!!!!!! :) As a women I am often reluctant to buy a car on my on but my sales person was very knowledgeable an respectful of my needs. I meet the owner as soon as I walked in the door and he took the time to work my deal and when I say work my deal he gave me a great deal. I went all over Philly and got the run around but they gave me a lower price and more for my trade than anybody.i have to say it was worth the drive. I will give these guys five stars and will come back again ....see you guys later enjoying my new Tahoe...hehe!!!! More

Worst customer service i have experience in my 38 years of car ownership. The technician talked to me as if I didn't know what was going on with my car. They never called me to tell me that my car was rea of car ownership. The technician talked to me as if I didn't know what was going on with my car.
