Delivery was a good experience and was able to be shorter as I had previously owned a vehicle. They helped me move all my stuff and install the car seat for my son. Favorite Car For A Young First-Time Buyer I've always known what kind of car I wanted. I stumbled upon Chapman BMW through Carfax.com, and I saw my dream car, with every spec that I wanted! I I've always known what kind of car I wanted. I stumbled upon Chapman BMW through Carfax.com, and I saw my dream car, with every spec that I wanted! I immediately knew I had to get it, AND FAST. The online listed price was "eh" but when I contacted Geoff, he seemed eager to really help me get into my car, and he made sure to follow up with me quickly, which I always love! At the time, I was waiting on some money to come in, so I was practically a sitting duck for about 3 days, but Geoff was really great with understanding my situation and calming my anxiety about possibly not getting the car before someone else. Soon enough, I came in the dealership with my father-in-law, ready to talk the price down a little and sign, but we had to come in and leave another time before we could drive off with the car (because of something with their in-house financing). Next thing you know, Geoff delivered the car to my door before that same night ended, so I didn't have to wait to go in again! I have had the pleasure of dealing with Steve Murphy for at least the past 7 years. Steve is very personable and very patient. On this occasion, Steve went beyond the call of duty, ensuring that my decision was fact based. He patiently presented a 2017 BMW 540i and 2017 BMW i3. I ended up with the i3, and I love it! By far the most unique car I have ever driven. He worked through the complex requirement that my CFO placed on our lease requirement and he met it with flying colors. Not only that, Steve was always available and even showed up on his day off to ensure that documentations and signings were done at our practice. Where do you find that type of dedication to his customers and to his company? Not many, I can assure you. This is why I stay a loyal customer to BMW and to Chapman BMW. While I always tell myself I'd be interested in trying different brand (just out of curiosity and wanting to try something different), in the end, the total package offered by Chapman BMW on Camelback has me staying with the BMW brand year after year. Elliott and Rebecca made for a sublime experience After over 6 months of searching for a 135i, finally found one at Chapman BMW on Camelback off Autotrader. I was referred to Elliott and was not disap After over 6 months of searching for a 135i, finally found one at Chapman BMW on Camelback off Autotrader. I was referred to Elliott and was not disappointed one bit. We essentially made the deal over email, as he was considerate of my time. I made the 4am 5 hour drive from San Diego to Phoenix to take delivery of the rare 135is they had on thier lot and there it was, clean, gorgeous and waiting for me in the delivery area. Elliott was more than accomodating and got me even more excited for the car, which I didn't know was possible. Considering it was a used car, there were some little tid bits missing. However Elliott went above and beyond and hunted for them for me while we were in finance. The delivery was phenomenal thanks to Rebecca, who provided us with very elegant key chains and a pen followed by a great tutorial on the vehicle. Mike in Finance was very pleasant to work with, and the deal wouldn't have happened without Doug, so thank you Doug! Before I even left the lot, I was referring people to Elliott. No pressure, no secrets, no funny business, just a geniune and hard working guy who is more than concious of other people's time. If Chapman BMW ever has anything else that catches my eye, I will not even hesitate to return to Elliott. We couldn't stop smiling all the way back to San Diego in such a perfect car. More

I was at the dealership when the truck carrying my car arrived, which was quite special. The X5 turned out to be the right call for my needs, but initially I looked at other models. Craig was helpful, patient and not pushy whatsoever. He was great w/ the details which helped me make the right decision. The whole team was fantastic, especially Artin & Steven the Genius. Overall, my best BMW experience ever! More
