Great Customer Service experience I called and spoke to Sammy about a specific type of vehicle which was not available at this dealership. I will say it’s rare to find someone that to I called and spoke to Sammy about a specific type of vehicle which was not available at this dealership. I will say it’s rare to find someone that took the additional time that Sammy did to actually help me locate the vehicle request, even if it’s was at another dealer. That’s true customer service! Sammy may have not benefited that day from additional time he took, but I would definitely consider going back due to the experience Sammy provided during our call! Much appreciated! New tires at 23K ???? I will begin by saying that the service representative was fine but just had to deliver bad news to me. This is my 10th BMW and probably my last. I mentioned that I had a slow leak in a tire initially when I brought the car in. When my service was finished he told me that the mechanic recommended that I get four new tires! I have driven cars for 50K and still had good tires. I had a 2004 325i before this car. I really miss my old car and wish I just put some money in it to repair it. I was told by a tire shop that there was probably 10K left on the tires! More

He was happy to set up a time for us to meet, when it was convenient for us. He understood our needs and showed us only the cars that fit our needs. He was great to work with, answering all questions, probably some of them more than once. He understood that we were not going to buy a car on our first visit, and respected that position. He was available when I had follow-up questions via phone or email. He was nearby every step of the way. He was the first to speak to us and the last person we saw when leaving the lot with our new car. Probably our best car buying experience ever. More
