Upon arrival there was 3 dents that was never disclosed that they tried to blame on shipping company. Also an accident that was covered up and I had to fight for them to pay the 3k to fix it. Also have had it in the shop 5 times for multiple issues from the transmission to the fuel pump. I would never buy from them again. More

We had such good luck 10 years ago with a 650i convertible and then We just bought our 3rd BMW from Chapman. This one was a ‘pristine’ 2017 X5. We had such good luck 10 years ago with a 650i convertible and then last year with a 430i it was easy to go straight to Chapman for an SUV (that we should have bought last year). Stan was as knowledgeable as anyone I’ve met about the car and straight forward about the deal. We had a small issue with a paint chip problem and Stan wasn’t available to talk to so J.C. stepped in and took over in a heartbeat! This car is not a ‘used’ car—this is a ‘very much like new’ previously owned car now that Chapman did an outstanding job of getting ready for us. Chris Crawford was especially helpful in getting the car through the paint shop and ready to pick up. Shelby (in finance) was a real treat to work with ( what an interesting story she has)Thank you so much for another great car-buying experience. A HUGE THANK YOU TO CHAPMAN BMW on CAMELBACK Last week I took my 2017 BMW 330i to a West Valley Dealership for it's 25K mile service. I also wanted them to look into what was causing a strange en Last week I took my 2017 BMW 330i to a West Valley Dealership for it's 25K mile service. I also wanted them to look into what was causing a strange engine noise and rough idle during morning start up. Of course the engine was warm from driving down from Prescott so after completing the 25k service they said they could not find any issues and sent me on my way. As my warranty is about to expire I thought I would contact another dealership. I called Chapman BMW on Camelback which got me in last Saturday. After giving me a loaner to use for the day, they called and said they could not find the noise, but suggested that I keep the loaner for the weekend to give them more time to find the issues. First thing Monday morning they called and said the found that a vanos actuator was bad and they had ordered the part. Tuesday afternoon I get a email that the car was ready for pickup. Wednesday when I picked up the car I found that not only did they repace the bad vanos acturator but took the time to find the source of the rough idle, replacing faulty spark plugs. Chapman BMW on Camelback gets a BIG 5 STAR RATING for taking the time neccessary to find and correct the problems that the first dealership showed no interest in finding or fixing.
