My vehicle rolled in at 1000 hrs and my vehicle didn’t roll out until 1245 hrs. 2.5 hrs to change 4 tires??The tech also forgot to install valve stem caps and he pulled out all the jacking equipment in the cab of my truck and didn’t put any of it back. I made this appointment time under the impression that it would be 1-1.5 hrs maximum. I have to be at work at 1400 hrs in San Antonio. I was close to being late to work. Not acceptable. More
