NEVER buy from championship on 54 Never buy from here. Bought a car about a month ago have had issues with it ever since. They lied before I bought the car said nothing was wrong with Never buy from here. Bought a car about a month ago have had issues with it ever since. They lied before I bought the car said nothing was wrong with it I went to get it checked out and have over 1k in repairs that need to be done that they didn’t mention before selling the car. Even after I asked multiple times if the car had anything wrong with it. I called to ask if they could take care of the repairs since it was done before I purchased the car they refused, “aren’t obligated” they say even though they failed to let me know the issues before I bought it. Have reached out and attempted at a solution multiple times they don’t care about their customers. NEVER buy from here y’all, biggest mistake I’ve ever made. More

Very disappointed Went in to championship 54 in Owensboro just to see if they would be able to work with my credit, it is not good by any means. Mind you they have several cars on the lot but because of my credit( I guess) I only had 3 cost from. Wasn't happy with the first 2 and they would not tell me the price. Finally they showed me a 2013 I did see it on the site listed at 6900 so I looked at it, drove it around the block. Told them I need something dependable since I drive an hour to and from work each day. I wanted to know price, so after a long speach as to why I would be paying more it( and I know I will pay more because my credit situation) he told me 1100 this was after a 1500 down payment. I decided to get the car mainly because of the gas mileage the car gets. 1st week was driving to work gears would not shift. Took to a mechanic he said that there was oil on plugs and after looking at it said it will probably need an engine!! Waiting to get a second opinion from a GM dealer. Called the lot a couple time left message with no return call. Finally called again and spoke with my sales person. He told me to take it to a recomended dealer that they work with so they could look at it. I called that place and they said they do not specialize in Chevy and to take it to aGM service center, so I had to find another. Currently im worried if I will make it to work each day and then home again. The car randomly acts up it will not shift or accelerate worried about having or causing an accident. Here is this icing to this disaster last week I logged into the app of the financing place that I was financed through. I saw my pay off balance 17000!!! This price was never discussed with me I would have never agreed to this at this price. Who would!!! 17000 for a car that was listed for 6900 on the dealership site. I am not a car buying expert but I guess being a little too trusting in a not trusting place is my own fault. I am very upset with this entire experience and will not be out of pocket any more money for this car!!! More

This was only my second time purchasing a car and i should add that my first time was years ago from a family friend at a 'Buy here Pay here' type of place. I was somewhat nervous and Shane definitely made me feel at ease. I would also like to add Trevor, the guy who had me sign my paperwork and actually make payment for my car, was super friendly as well. He explained everything that i was signing and made it practically effortless to part with all my hard earned savings for my new 'used' car! All in all, I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car and have an exceptional experience doing so! More
