I purchased a 2003 Land Rover Discovery from CSM in Margate, FL on August 27, 2021. I dealt with Andy Rosa as a salesman whom I now understand is the owner. We had phone conversations as to the condition of the vehicle. He told me and my wife over the phone the vehicle had zero rust and no dash lights on and no previous accidents, I received the vehicle via transport on 9-6-2021. The vehicle has dash lights on that are the oil light, ABS Brakes, as well as the Air Bag Light. There are multiple rust issues: drivers floorboard is rusted completely through, the roof had 3 holes larger than a quarter completely rusted through. There are several other rust spots as well. The Air Bag has been deployed. The horn does not work. The back windows do not function. The key is also stuck in the ignition and can't be removed. The vehicle also has mold under the seats. The vehicle was grossly misrepresented. I highly suggest looking to other car dealers for your vehicle needs. Feel free to reach out and I will gladly supply photos of all the issues. More
