This was the second time that I could not reach anyone in the service department. I was told to Call In to get a ride back to the dealership to pick up my car when the repairs were complete I was not able to the service department. I was told to Call In to get a ride back to the dealership to pick up my car when the repairs were complete I was not able to get through to anybody except the service manager after about two hours. He said he’d send somebody that didn’t happen. When I picked up my car, they said all the work was done and found my car hadn’t been washed even though my receipt says that it had a car wash in an inspection now I wonder if the inspection was done, even though there seems to be a completed form. More
