Hello Ms. Alexander. Unfortunately your warranty company did not cover the repair you were looking to have performed. We showed you existing leaks due to corrosion and recommended repair. You had also authorized a partial teardown of your engine to diagnose other concerns. Our Service and General Manager reduced your diagnostic bill, offered to credit it towards future repairs and offered you a complimentary loaner if you opted to replace your leaking oil pan.
