From the moment I walked into Matthews-Hargreaves until the day I picked up my new camaro, I was treated like royalty. Every person I came into contact with was friendly and knowledgeable. I have had a great experiences at this dealer. This is the second vehicle I bought from Matthews-Hargreaves Chevrolet. They are always friendly and willing to spend the time you need. I purchased a Cruz the second vehicle I bought from Matthews-Hargreaves Chevrolet. They are always friendly and willing to spend the time you need. I purchased a Cruze after driving a Malibu for years , but with their help I know this was the car for me...I love it!! More

I agree with the other reviewer. My experience was nothing short of awful. It has been almost a year with my used car, and I regret it every single day! I paid up front, in cash, and my car was give nothing short of awful. It has been almost a year with my used car, and I regret it every single day! I paid up front, in cash, and my car was given to me with no gas in the tank, dirt and dried food in the car, and a leaking front tire. This is just the tip of iceberg, so to speak. The other issues were with the professionalism and respect from the salesperson. I'm not just complaining to complain either. I wrote a letter to them, and the only response I got was one voicemail. Avoid them if you want quality and good service! More
