He goes way above and beyond to make sure we love our vehicles. Being senior citizens, sometimes the techy things take a while to learn but Kenan has an understandable teaching style. We are Kenan fans for life! Other Matthews-Hargreaves staff are always efficient and knowledgeable. On the rare times we need to visit the service dept. all the staff do everything possible to make sure the problem is fixed. Thank you!!! More

The worst dealership in Michigan This is the worst car dealership in Michigan, possibly the worst in the world. To start, their customer service is atrocious. Almost everyone who works there is incredibly condescending, and yet almost completely inept. The last time (and I mean LAST time) the service rep I was stuck with thought my car only needed a new tire, when I assured him it needed a new control arm. After waiting days for them to even look at it, I was proven right. Filed an insurance claim and wait ONE FULL MONTH. Once they had the check from my insurance company I couldn't even get a hold of them. I had to file a complaint with General Motors to get an answer out of this dealership. Had someone double check their work and they screwed up multiple items. This dealership will treat you like garbage, it will literally steal from you, and it won't do a single thing right. A bunch of foolish children walking around with Fischer price tools, that's what this "dealership" is. More

Horrible!!! This place is absolutely horrible!! I went in for one of their big liquidation sales and I told the lady I did not want my credit ran until I found t This place is absolutely horrible!! I went in for one of their big liquidation sales and I told the lady I did not want my credit ran until I found the vehicle I wanted for sure because I have good credit. She told me she was going to do what they call a "soft pull" on my credit, which would not affect my credit in any way and that they would only check it one time. The next morning I received 8 emails saying that there was 8 hard inquiries on my credit. This dropped my credit score 40 points. I then emailed the owner of the dealership and told him all of this and of course I never got a response. Even with a 750 credit score I couldn't get a vehicle and I have my vehicle to use as a down payment. They are a bunch of scam artists and I definitely do not recommend this place. They are only out for their best interests not yours!! Don't make the same mistake I did by falling for their tricks. Terrible salespeople!!! More
