Hopping on here and being very surprised with all of the negative reviews. My experience with the dealership was limited to my salesperson mostly, and he was a rockstar. Noah was extremely efficient at using their software so he was able to on-the-fly give me a bunch of various estimates to a multitude of options. They didnt end up having anything at the dealer that would work for me, but he took the time to find a vehicle elsewhere and get it shipped in. Seems pretty simple but i tried to scour michigan myself for a vehicle to no avail. Cant say enough good things about his professionalism and patience. I'm a GM employee myself, so its important to me that the representing our cars and presenting our cars to the consumer, are doing so the right way. Couldn't be more confident in saying that Noah and his abilities to do that the right way. Took my time to make sure I came on here and gave his him credit, because its not unnoticed. **Sam in the Financing was also great, but she only had to deal with me for a few minutes. I have honestly given too much of my time already to this place to list every detail about how horrible this experience was but it needs to be done. Because they are shady and attempting to communicate is like pulling teeth. It is a car owners worst nightmare when it comes to experience in the service department. We brought my husbands truck in for a recall on a Saturday morning (one the was scheduled 2 weeks in advance so he would not miss work). They asked if he had any other concerns and he told them he was concerned about a leak. They informed us that would be included in a full inspection that costs $185. My husband agreed so we would have some answers. Picked up the truck 3 days later (after multiple attempts at trying to reach them as the truck is needed for his job-he missed a full day) they told us “the repairs totaled about $6,000” which we declined, as at this point we have read the poor reviews and we’re sick of the lack of communication proving them so. We needed his truck back! We pay the $185 WITHOUT any checklist or quote given and he drives away WITHOUT HEAT IN THE TRUCK. Mind you, this WORKED PRIOR TO BRINGING IT IN. What the he**!! Angry, of course, I call and demand a refund the next morning as we were not given an inspection sheet or quote that we paid almost $200 for and now something is broken. They said to bring the truck back in so they can look at the heat..and that the person who was suppose to have the quote was not in. And that it must be in the process of being “filed”. I told them my husband can’t leave work (he works outside as a contractor) and come up there and when he does find the time he is NOT leaving his truck while you look at it. 2 days later my husband was able to bring it back where they said the blower was broken and it was not their fault. They told us $750 to fix and then by FRIDAY (almost a week later) I finally received an email that was NOT a quote but a parts list (dated on the same day I received it). No labor, no details on what’s exactly wrong, just a quickly thrown together parts list which tells me the never really did an inspection but committed fraud. This isn’t the end for us. We want our money back and an apology because honestly, this was an absolutely disgusting experience and they should be ashamed. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership is 2014 with no issues and even a good experience but this service department seriously lacks in all ways. Avoid at all costs, you’ll thank me later. More
AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. Was told vehicle had been detailed inside and out [UNTRUE] as evidenced by all the damage incurred with dings, scratches, and paint chips. Took it back as it was running rough, 2 days later was told 'no problem found' and that they had replaced with a 'next generation engine' [UNTRUE]. 5 days later it is leaking fluid all over my driveway. Has been sitting there since as they try to figure out what is wrong. No commitment to customer satisfaction, honesty, or follow up from the Service Advisor to the Service Director to the General Manager as I have talked with all of them several times. More

This experience has scarred me, and when I think about it I get a sick feeling in my stomach. It was discriminatory, predatory and unfair. The number of lies and deceptions I experienced from my salesperson all the way up to the general sales manager and used car sales manager is incredible. Like previous reviewers, I experienced terminable wait times, sarcastic and rude interaction with the team, promises made and not kept. And even when I showed proof that what they were claiming was incorrect (I hesitate to use the word lie...) they did not care. I was also presented with a higher interest rate than I was already approved for at a credit union. The response was “well this is our rate. Take it or leave it.” Fair enough. Such a huge red flag that I disregarded because I was just so ready for the process to be over. Why oh why didn’t I listen to my gut, screaming at me, and walk away? There are so many dealerships around town - just drive right past this one. PS - don't get on here on respond that you're sorry I had such a bad experience, and that I should call your general sales manager. I already screamed at that manipulative shrew. More

Terrible service i went in and talked to a sales person he downtalked b lots and said they sell trash and convinced me to shop there so I bought a used car from them and was told that I’m buying it as is s he downtalked b lots and said they sell trash and convinced me to shop there so I bought a used car from them and was told that I’m buying it as is so I just asked for my own comfort what if somthin happens to this car I was told by George fink and his higher up “ we will fix it and get you into a running car in the meantime” he then proceeded to tell me that nothing should happen it’s a good car so I decided I wanted to buy the car he said he would have his service team do a full inspection and detail and I could come get the car the next day so I came back and got the car all was well until I got home and it was leaking coolant within 2 weeks white smoke coming out of my exhaust and my check engine light came on I took it to get looked at and they said there was a problem with the engine so I contacted them back explaining my problem and was told to bring it to them to look at they looked it over and told me I’m going to need a new engine and it would be 6k for a used engine with 110k miles on it and then proceeded to say they can’t do anything to help me I asked to speak to a manager because I had just got the car and that didn’t seem right to me and he told me I should have gotten the car checked out before I bought it even tho they claimed it was being inspected before I paid for the car I was not put into a rental and now I’m stuck with a used car that won’t drive thanks to champion Hargreaves these guys are very unorganized and very unprofessional if I knew that I was being lied to and buying a piece of trash I would have went somewhere else More
My entire experience was just one line of BS after another. They too 2 weeks just to get me in. They kept my car for almost 3 week to fix the air conditioning and all it was was one excuse after another. They too 2 weeks just to get me in. It took over a week just to get the parts they needed and they told me up front it might be "a day or two". I could've driven the car around for that week instead of dropping an extra $500 on a rental, but they didn't care. Customer service is not their priority. This is so true, that they have an entire team of BS artists so that you never talk to a technician or a manager, just a bunch of liars wasting your time. No wonder they charge 3 times as much for work that's half as good. More
