I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in the door and I was very happy that I ended up with a payment far less than I expected on both occasions. Everyone that I dealt with at the dealership was very friendly and they all treated me as a valued customer. A pleasant surprise! I went in with no expectation of getting a new vehicle. Mine was paid off and I was very attached but I was entertaining the thought of getting a cros I went in with no expectation of getting a new vehicle. My salesperson was a REAL person and treated me the same. I didn't feel haggled or pressured and most importantly they were able to get me the price I wanted formy current vehicle and the payment I wanted as well. The service and respect I received was what got me into my new 2015 Equinox. Sure all the perks of the vehicle were great but the service is what got me to give up my old car and into a new one. I was greeted politely and promptly on a Saturday when it was the only dealership open. It was busy, but that didn't get in the way of customer service. Eric did a great job of listening to my budget and vehicle desires. He brought up a vehicle, we negotiated pricing without ever feeling pressured to buy. I returned on Monday to seal the deal. Cheapest truck lease payment I've ever had and by far the best customer service. My wife and children were treated as equals and positively. I will return to this dealership for my next vehicle.
