I was greeted politely and promptly on a Saturday when it was the only dealership open. It was busy, but that didn't get in the way of customer service. Eric did a great job of listening to my budget and vehicle desires. He brought up a vehicle, we negotiated pricing without ever feeling pressured to buy. I returned on Monday to seal the deal. Cheapest truck lease payment I've ever had and by far the best customer service. My wife and children were treated as equals and positively. I will return to this dealership for my next vehicle. Good but long. I got my Certified 13' Chevy Malibu a couple weeks ago and I like it the salesperson who was new was ok he was doing what he could do to make a sell. Like security protection when you already have a alarm system that should be in the package and not knowing what else comes with the car. Just don't let them push you to do another way if you can do better. More

When I came back the next morning they told me I'd have to wait at least an hour for the oil change because they had a few people in front of me. I took my car and left. I wouldn't let this place touch my car with a 10 foot pole. I understand mistakes happen and keys get locked in cars but that's ur job, your profession, you should know better. I'm nurse and I'm pretty sure if you came to me as a patient you wouldn't want me making any mistakes like this. More
